Applications and Fees/iWorq Portal

Routine permits have a standard fee schedule. This table can be used as a general reference. Some fees may vary depending on the scope and scale of the project.

The impact fee schedule represents the maximum impact fees that the City of Holladay may impose on development within the defined Service Area and is based upon general demand characteristics and potential demand that can be created by each class user.
The City reserves the right under the Impact Fee Act (Utah Code 11-36-202(2)(c,d)) to assess an adjusted fee to respond to unusual circumstances to ensure that fees are equitably assessed. (Res. 05-18)
